vdw 720 Sealing Agent is a coloured, solvent-free epoxy-resin coating for interior sealing under light to medium traffic loads — for garages, warehouses and workshops.

Application
Requirements Sufficient surface strength of the asphalt or concrete substrate. Object temperature from 10 °C.
Tools Drill with mixing paddle, pile paint roller.
Preparation Remove standing water, clean the substrate thoroughly, mask off the area to be sealed with masking tape.
Material preparation Pour the binder components together and mix with a slow-running stirrer, mixing time at least 3 minutes. Do not process from the supply container. After mixing, decant into a clean vessel and stir thoroughly once more.
Application Apply the binder immediately to the surface to be coated. Distribute and work in with a pile roller. Apply the second sealing coat after approx. 12 hours, depending on temperature. Remove the masking tapes immediately after application.
Aftercare Surfaces treated with vdw 720 can be walked on after 12 hours at 20 °C. Full mechanical and chemical load-bearing capacity is reached after 7 days.
